China had the largest and most complex economy in the world for almost two thousand years, where it has witnessed series of richness and turn down. Since the beginning of financial reorganization in 1978, China has become one of the world’s fast growing economies. MBBS In China

In order to guarantee a high-quality and standardized educational experience for international students, the Chinese government published the ‘Interim Provisions for Quality Control Standards in Undergraduate Medical Education’ in English for international students; it is now evaluated and published annually. The list has the medical schools which have been authorized by the Chinese government to accept international MBBS students. Institutions which are not listed are not allowed to join international students for undergraduate clinical medical programs in English.
Since private medical school fees are too expensive for the average Indian, the dream of becoming a doctor was not that easy. When Universities in China started advertising low education cost, lots of students enrolled in Chinese medical schools keen to benefit, which gave good sense, as they are finding out, might actually be not so. Soon after getting admission into China Medical universities, Indian students discovered few issues that troubles them throughout their education.. Not all the Universities in China register with the Indian Embassy. And later years more medical academy started recruiting Indian students, assuring low tuition and English-language teaching. The Universities provide a guarantee that the students could get a reliable deal so they would be allowed to practice medicine when they get back to India. The Medical Degree which China provides has to be recognized by MCI. If MCI does not recognize the Medical degree, being paid in China is of no value at any price. The problem is that China has degree and diploma recognition agreements with many countries, especially in Europe but there are no bilateral agreements between China and India right now, Any Indian student who receives a medical degree from a foreign country must satisfy few conditions to be a registered medical practitioner in India, the students must clear MCI’s Screening Test.
It is must to get a medical degree from a society listed in the World Directory of Medical education centres, which is published by the World Health Organization.
They must obtain the Eligibility Certificate from MCI according to the Eligibility Requirement for Taking Admission in an Undergraduate Medical Course in a Foreign Medical Institution Regulations;
MCI issues Eligibility Certificates to students before they go to China. The instructions in English language which the students received were in very poor class, most of them failed the Screening Test. No batch of Indian medical students in China has yet taken the MCI test. Most universities claim that their syllabus is up to mark to the MCI requirement and the macro level issues also exist.
China has adopted the Indian curriculum and many text books are taken from India, USA and UK. One has to learn Chinese language which is a bit difficult since they use sign language to communicate with patients, also clearing MCI exam after passing out would be another challenge. Recently many Chinese universities have lost their MCI Certification, making the course from those institutes invalid. China offers a translator for clinical visits, but the patient has a right to choose if they want to be treated by a foreign doctor. And in most cases they don’t even let you observe. China it is a 6 year course + 1 year of internship in the country. To sum up, opting for a college in China is very risky.

MBBS In Philippines

To study MBBS abroad, Philippines is the best choice. Unlike china, Ukraine and other countries, Philippines have US educational system of MD program worldly recognized and MCI approved, and all the subjects are only in English and not regional language at affordable fees. There are students in Philippines who wind up the studies from countries like Ukraine due to the racial discrimination. If you wish to return to India for practicing, you must clear the MCI Screening Test. Philippines both offer MCI Coaching and also have regular tests based on the MCI questionnaire. If one wishes to go to USA or Canada then Philippines is an ideal option, because they follow the American pattern of teaching. If we turn towards lifestyle and optimal cost of living, Philippines rank first.
