Be a Good Listener:
To succeed, you need to learn how to listen first. Pay Attention to other people who have enjoyed successes in their life, attend something give by people that can motivate and encourage, or be open to hearing that a particular ideas is not a good one. Good Listening takes time to learn but in the end, it will be your greatest tool.

Certain Tips before your flight/Checking in:

1.     Don't over pack. Try and make your baggage identifiable - put a brightly colored ribbon on the handle, or get a uniquely colored bag. It will help when you collect your baggage at your destination.

2.     Have your ticket and passport, and if you need a visa, make sure you have it.

3.     Make sure you don’t have illegal items such as lighters or sharp things or lots of water in your check-in baggage. Review all the security rules.

4.     If your airline allows online check-ins, you should do that. Same with online seat selection, so you get a comfortable seat.

5.     Arrive at the airport in time (Airlines recommend 3 hours before your flight for international travel, but you can get away with less especially if you have checked-in online or have no check-in baggage)

6.     You will likely need to show the airport security your ticket and passport before being allowed to enter the airport.

7.     Proceed to the check-in counter. Make sure that your bags aren't over the prescribed weight limit (23kg each, usually) otherwise you will be made to pay excess baggage charges.

8.     Once you have your boarding pass, you can go ahead to the boarding gates. You will need to fill in a form and talk to an official about where/why you are going. This is mostly a formality.

9.     Go through security. You will be required to remove your laptop from your carry-on baggage and go through the usual security checks (frisking/X-ray of bags). Make sure you attach a security tag to your carry-on baggage so that airline staff don't delay you later.

10.                        You will now be made to wait for boarding. When they announce boarding, queue up, and get ready for the flight!
